These are very tasty – and no-bake! They are especially nice because of the chocolate bits and the condensed milk. Pretty sure they aren’t healthy though.
Very, very filling!

Equipment
- 1 Baking tray We used a baking tray for little cakes, I was determined not to hand shape them – it's too messy!!
Ingredients
- 135 grams rolled oats
- 125 grams natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 40 grams shredded coconut unsweetened
- 120 milliliters condensed milk
- 5 milliliters vanilla extract
- 85 grams dark chocolate chips
- 30-45 grams chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, shredded coconut, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- If using, add in the chocolate chips and chia seeds/flaxseeds and mix until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Take about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Repeat until all the mixture is used, forming bite-sized energy balls.
- Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30-60 minutes to allow them to firm up.
- Once set, the energy bites are ready to eat! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
